Globalwin's CAK-38 II is an all copper skived heatsink. This means that the fins on the 'sink were actually carved out of the base - so you have a full connection (no soldering) which enhances thermal transfer abilities of the unit.

The cooler comes complete with the 3 pin fan which supports RPM feedback (and a chrome 60mm fan grill) pre-installed. The fan moves 37.6 CFM @ 46.5 dBA. It's not quiet. ;-)

The sink comes with a pre-applied patch of zinc oxide thermal grease.
