Globalwin's SAK38 is a inexpensive aluminum/copper hybrid sink that works very well due to it's design and powerful fan. Equipped with a staggered set of heatsink fins and a three prong clip system, you'll find this 'sink very useful on motherboards with very tight space tolerances near their CPU sockets.

The cooler comes complete with the 3 pin fan which supports RPM feedback (and a chrome 60mm fan grill) pre-installed. The fan moves 37.6 CFM @ 46.5 dBA. It's not quiet. ;-)

The sink comes with a thermal pad of zinc oxide thermal grease.
