Spire's latest Pentium 4 CPU cooler is designed to offer excellent performance and
low noise levels in a very affordable package. This is accomplished by going with a traditional aluminum heatsink based
design, and using a low noise 70mm fan (28 dBA, 27.8 CFM @ 3700 RPM). The heatsink features numerous air channels to maximize
cooling capability and offers a very nice installation system. A lever system opens and closes the mounting brackets on the sink.
