This fan controller uses one empty 3.5" drive bay and allows you to adjust fan speed manually - providing you with the ability to lower or raise any of the attached fan's performance (and resulting noise level). This is a great way to help lower over-all system noise levels. This unit offers three channels and two USB 2.0 ports.
