ORDERING FROM PLYCON:
Nothing could be easier. Simply select the products you want from our online store,
add them to the online secure shopping cart, specify quantity, select the shipping
method, and then pay for your order. All orders ship within one business day normally.
All packages are trackable and insured by Fed-Ex. You're notified by email when your
order ships, and you are supplied with your package's Fed-Ex Tracking Number.
SAFE SECURE SHOPPING! All orders are placed through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standard. SSL provides maximum
protection for credit cards and ordering information. You will enter SSL protection once you begin the order checkout
process. Once in SSL, all information is transferred in an encrypted format that protects the information from
possible interlopers. You will know that your in secure mode when you see the locked icon in your browser window.
(In Netscape, a small closed lock icon will appear in the lower left corner. In Internet Explorer, the icon will appear in the lower right corner.)
Plycon DOES NOT accept orders via the phone. If you have questions about any product
we stock, please feel free to email or call us. We're always happy to help, but you
will still be required to order online.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept payment via Visa (U.S. Only), Master Card (U.S. only), Paypal, Money Orders/Cashier Checks, Wire Transfers, and cash (if you're local to us).
Pre-payment is required before any order will be processed. This means no COD orders, and
no Purchase orders will be accepted.

provided billing address matches what the issuing bank has on file for the credit card.

- PAYPAL
Payment option available to International and U.S. customers. At checkout - simply select "Paypal" as
your payment method. Then submit your order. Once you have ordered - log into your account at www.paypal.com and
tranfer the full invoice payment amount to our paypal account at [ plycon@plycon.com ]. Once we receive your payment we will
process your order. Paypal e-check payments have to clear first before we'll ship your order.
- MONEY ORDERS/CASHIER'S CHECKS
Payment option available to U.S. customers only. At checkout - simply select "Money Order/Cashier's Check" as
your payment method. Then submit your order. Once you have ordered you will receive an email from us (normally within 24 hours) letting
you know where to send your payment to (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED). Orders placed in this manner have NO guarantee that any inventory
will be available upon the payment's arrival to fill the order. We must receive payment in five business days or the order will be canceled. If we
are unable to fill your order upon the payments arrival you will be contacted via email and other options will be discussed - or your funds will be returned
back to you by U.S. Mail.
- WIRE TRANSFERS
Payment option available to International customers. At checkout - simply select "wire transfer" as
your payment method and we will contact you via email and provide you with our banking information. You are
responsible for making sure that the full amount required reaches our account in US funds. Shortages in the transferred
funds are your responsibility. If you wish us to refund any wire - $50.00 USD will be deducted from the funds to get
the remaining balance back to you. The refund costs are not negotiable.
- CASH
If you're local to our retail store - or simply drive up or down to visit us, we'll gladly accept
your good 'ol American cash. Georgia state sales tax (7%) will apply to all residents of Georgia
and anyone who purchases within the state. Sorry - gotta pay the tax man.
