If you have received a defective product, or if you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it to obtain an even exchange, or refund excluding the original shipping costs, and any related restock fee during our 30 day warranty period. As per Plycon's published Terms and Policies , not all of our products are eligible for any type of returns or credits. No exchanges, refunds, or returns will be accepted past our 30 day warranty.

  • All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
  • Special Orders are not returnable under any conditions. No refunds will be issued or offered.
  • Refund amounts are based on the currently listed price of the item on our website, or the invoice - whichever is lower. Sorry, we can offer no form of price protection.
  • There are no refunds of the original shipping costs.
  • All returns must have an valid RMA number or they will be refused.
  • RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days during which time the product must be returned to Plycon. RMA numbers will not be re-issued or extended once they have been generated.
  • All returns for credit must be in like-new condition with all related parts, manuals, etc returned with the product. If you have thrown these items away or misplaced them - we will not be able to accept the item back.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Replacements will be shipped back to the customer via Fed-Ex 3day at Plycon's expense.
  • In the case of international RMAs - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and replacement).

RETURN PROCESS:

STEP ONE:

Contact us via email and request an RMA # for the product in question. We'll need your order number and full name and address where the original order was shipped to. If you don't have your order number - your full name will be fine. Please tell us why you wish to return the product or what kind of problem you are having with it.

STEP TWO:

Once we get your email and related information we'll verify your product is within our warranty period, and set up a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for you. This number is valid for only ten (10 days). The product must be received by Plycon within that ten day period. Plycon will refuse any return without a valid number or with an expired RMA number. Please note that we will not re-issue or extend RMA numbers.

Our email back to you will contain your RMA# and the address where you need to send the package back to.

  • Please print out that email and include it with the return.
  • Our provided RMA# must be displayed on the shipping label.

Customers must ship the product back to Plycon using a reputable carrier that provides proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. This is for your own protection.

STEP THREE:

Once we receive your package back - your return will be processed with an even exchange or a refund minus restocking and shipping fees back to the original card or Paypal account used to pay for the order. We will contact you by email to let you know the status of your return (your new Fed-Ex tracking number, or when your credit went through).
