Plycon, Inc. ships exclusively using Fed-Ex. No other shipping options are available. We offer the full range of Fed-Ex options including Next Business day, International Priority, etc.
NOTE:Total shipping costs will always be fully displayed by the shopping cart before you submit your order.
Plycon normally ships out orders within one business day after they have been
placed (excluding weekends or holidays). Sometimes high demand will create a large
order volume - and this might slow down our processing time.
All orders placed by 12:00 Noon Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day they are placed. Orders placed after that time will ship out on the next following business day.
Once your order ships we will send you a shipping notice email with your Fed-Ex
tracking number.
Note that Fed-Ex can not deliver to P.O. BOXES, APO, or FPO addresses. In cases
where a customer needs a package shipped to one of these type addresses - the order
will be shipped using US Mail. Please note that no tracking method is available
for orders shipped this way.
FED-EX SERVICE SUMMARY:
- Fed-Ex Ground (1 to 7 Days):
With this shipping option the customer can expect to see their package from one to seven days after the order has shipped from Plycon. The closer you are to Georgia - the quicker the package will get to you via this method. Costs normally start around $6.99.
- Fed-Ex Express Saver (3 Day):
With this shipping option the customer can expect to see their package no later than 4:30pm on the third business day after the order was shipped. Not available to residents of Alaska or Hawaii. Costs normally start around $7.99.
- Fed-Ex 2 Day:
Shipping costs slightly more, but the customer can expect to see their package no later than 4:30pm on the second business day after the order was shipped.
- Fed-Ex Next Business Day:
Shipping costs almost double or more than what the same package would cost shipped using the 2 day option. With this option the customer can expect to see their package no later than 4:30pm on the next business day after the order has shipped. Note that Saturdays and Sundays are NOT business days.
SHIPPING FINE PRINT:
Please be careful when entering your address. Fed-Ex charges $10.00 to change an
address once the package has been shipped. If the mistake is yours - you will be
charged the $10.00 fee to correct the error. If we made the mistake - we'll pay
the fee to fix it.
If you refuse the package - you will be charged return shipping costs - along with
the 15% restock fee and the original shipping charge. The same applies if Fed-Ex
is unable to deliver the package due to an address mistake on your part. After
five delivery attempts Fed-Ex sends the package back to us at our expense. You
will be billed accordingly.
