CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY POLICY:
Plycon does not share, or sell any of our customer's information. We will never share your information with anyone
unless they can provide a court order to do so. Again - your personal information is not up for sale or trade.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Plycon, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, Paypal, certified Money Orders or Cashier's Checks to pay for orders placed
from customers in the United States. Sorry - NO personal checks will be accepted. To help protect you (and us) against credit
card fraud, credit card orders can only be shipped if the billing address provided
matches what the issuing bank has on file 100%. If the billing address you type
in does not match - the shopping cart will reject the order. All credit card
orders are subject to verification and approval.
For international orders we can only accept payment via direct wire transfer,
or via Paypal. More information on these
payment options can be found on the Ordering information page of our website.
PRICING POLICY:
Prices are set at the time of purchase. We offer no form of price protection. All
prices listed are in US currency. We normally update prices every Monday - but
prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical
errors that might occur on the site. Residents of the state of Georgia will be
charged 7% sales tax.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
Plycon, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason.
In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of
any order by us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE ARE TO BE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Under no circumstances is Plycon, Inc. liable for the following: (1)Third party claims
against you for damages, (2)Loss of, or damage to your records, data, or any type of hardware/equipment,
(3)Economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings), or incidental damages
even if we are aware of the possibility. IN ALL SITUATIONS PLYCON, INC's MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
The majority of the items we sell come with a thirty (30) day limited warranty that
starts from the date of confirmed Fed-Ex delivery. This warranty only applies to
the original purchaser. Once the 30 day period has passed - the original manufacturer
should be contacted directly for repair or replacement options. Our warranty does not
apply to any item that has been modified, overclocked, abused, or mis-used.
Products are not warrantied as to compatibility with your current components in regards to
use, fit, or utility. You are responsible for making sure you order the correct product for
your needs.
Plycon reserves the right to repair or replace defective items under warranty as we see appropriate.
Full computer systems purchased from Plycon come with a one year warranty for parts and labor. Software tech support
is not part of that provided warranty.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE 30 DAY WARRANTY:
- Items directly imported from Japan will not be accepted back once sold. If the item is defective it will be exchanged during the warranty
period for the exact same item.
- Water cooling related products will not be accepted back once sold. If the item is defective it will be exchanged during the warranty
period for the exact same item.
- Items that require modification before they can be used will not be accepted back once sold. Sound Dampening material that has to be cut before it
can be installed would be an example.
- Items described on the website as not being eligible for return or refund. Examples include the Flex Keyboard series, Half Keyboard series, Phase Out Items, etc. Defective items
will be replaced during our warranty period - but we will not accept them back for return or refund.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS:
In the event you receive a defective product and would like it exchanged within the
30 day warranty period - or if you ordered an item and would like to return it for
a refund - please follow the steps outlined on the
Returns Information page.
A 15% restock fee will apply to non-defective returns. Original shipping costs
are never refunded. All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Plycon, Inc. before they will be accepted back. Any item returned without our RMA number will be refused.
Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days within which return products must be received by Plycon. RMA numbers
will not be re-issued or extended once one has been generated for a customer.
SHORTAGES IN AN ORDER:
Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it.
You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment.
We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
Any dispute arising out of, or related to these Terms and Conditions, or the sales
transaction between Plycon's Armory, Inc. and the Customer shall be governed by
the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
Specifically the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall
not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
Plycon, Inc. and the Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue
of the State Courts of the State of Georgia to resolve any dispute between
them related hereto, and the parties waive all rights to contest this exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the Customer also agrees not
to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract,
tort, equity, or otherwise against Plycon, Inc. that is more than one year
after the date of the applicable invoice.
SEVERABILITY:
If any provision contained in this agreement is, or becomes invalid, illegal,
or un-enforceable in whole or part, such invalidity, illegality, or un-enforceability
shall not effect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement - and
the invalid, illegal, or un-enforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as
to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable
Georgia State Law.
These terms and conditions, along with all fine print related to Fed-Ex shipping,
together with Plycon's invoice respecting the products ordered by the Customer,
are the complete and exclusive agreement between Plycon, Inc. and the Customer
- and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written,
understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other
communications between Plycon, Inc. and the Customer relating to the subject
products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course
of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
